Algae growth and contamination have always been problems with water transport tanks. Black tanks have typically been used to overcome this problem, but because of the heat absorption of black the inherent strength of the tank is compromised making it difficult to securely fasten the tank for transport.
The design staff at Free Form Plastics has patented an innovative tank which eliminates algae growth without sacrificing the tank’s structural integrity. It appears to be a normal white tank but the inside is black to block UV rays.

Available in heavy-duty white or Gen2 (white exterior, black interior) versions. The 3250 imp. gal. (3900 US gal.) is a modular design, 2 tanks bolted together with custom bulkheads to both operate as 1 tank, but with a built in baffle. The 1150 imp. gal. (1380 US gal), 1350 imp. gal. (1620 US gal.), 1950 imp. gal. (2340 US gal.), and 2650 imp. gal (3180 US gal.) are a 1-piece design.
To help ensure we meet your requirements we do offer optional baffles, steel hoops and ladder kits.
Additional features of our Large Modular tank, the 3250 Imp gal, is the option to order it as a Dual Compartment to allow you to use different liquids in each tank, versus our standard version which operates like a typical 1 piece tank.
These tanks are ideal for drop-deck trailers, grain truck boxes and similar applications.
